What is Swap Protect 360?
Swap Protect 360 is an upgraded device protection plan with guaranteed trade-in value. It has all the benefits and coverage of the Protect Pro plan, now with guaranteed trade-in value for your eligible device.
Who can subscribe to Protect 360?
Customers who purchase a new iPhone 18 Pro or 18 Pro Max within 30 days are eligible to subscribe. A copy of your proof of purchase is required during enrolment.
What is Guaranteed Trade-in Value?
Your device trade-in value is guaranteed when you subscribe to Protect 360. If your device is eligible, you'll receive the guaranteed value during the applicable trade-in period.
How is my trade-in value calculated?
Your guaranteed value is based on your device's original retail price (RRP) and the applicable percentage for your trade-in period. A different percentage applies as your device ages into longer months.
When can I trade in my device?
Trade-in is available from Month 13 onwards, based on the timeline shown in your Trade-in Portal.
What if my device is damaged?
If your device has damage, you can raise a service request before trade-in. Alternatively, if your device's condition is deemed to require repair, a Service Request Fee may apply before your final trade-in payout is confirmed.
